Easy No Bake Protein Bites

You seriously cannot get enough of these! I dare you to just try one...you can't so it's really not a fair dare.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oats
  • 2/3 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • dash of vanilla
  • 1 tbl. Super You Chocolate Lover (optional)

Directions

1. Mix all of the ingredients together until blended well then place in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes.
2. Have a sheet of parchment paper prepared & roll about 1" balls. Place on parchment paper then place in refrigerator for another 15 minutes after all the pieces are completed. 
3. ENJOY!

Store in airtight container for up to two weeks. 
...but they wont last that long so no worries...
